Like many other companies in the same industry around the world, Tailong is a family company. Itpays great attention to and always maintains the inheritance of values and objects of the enterprise and has spared no effort to promote the development of Chinese water recreation industry. For 35years, Tailong has maintained the leading position in Chinese water recreation industry. It was the appeal of this heritage that prompted Mr.PeiLi to leave his career at and international bank 8 years ago and join Tailong  to work with his father.

PeiLi started from the production line, before becoming the general manager of the company, experienced the whole process of Tailong  enterprise post training. During this period of time PeiLi deeply understood and inherited his father’s quality consciousness of “using the standard of aircraft to make water sliders” and created Tailong SSR quality system and achieved great success.

PeiLi presided over the planning and implementation of the construction of the group’s production base and the investment and construction of LUZHOU merry pi water park. Through the expansion of series of infrastructure and optimization of the operation process, the production capacity and product quality continued to rise and achieved a record high performance. PeiLi insight into opportunities and pay attention to the development of high-tech in the industry in 2018, PeiLi led the research and development of the world’s first zero height electromagnetic ejection roller coaster with independent intellectual property rights, breaking the technical barriers of foreign countries. The product gained high attention in the destroy as soon as it was launched.
